• Appointment Only - No Walk-ins.

 

• Closed door policy. Unless you have an appointment you cannot enter the salon. If you wish to purchase products please call the salon and place your order to be picked up at a safe and convenient time.

 

• Please wash hands on entry to the premises and sanitize hands using sanitizer provided.

 

• You are not obligated to wear a face mask. However, if you wish to wear one please feel free to do so. We have some available.

 

• Please attend your appointment alone unless you are booked alongside a member of your own household.

 

• Where possible avoid bringing shopping bags into the salon.

 

• No Food or Drink to be brought into the salon.

 

• Card payment is preferred where possible.

 

• Please respect social distancing measures.

 

• Please be patient with us. This is all new to us too!

 

• We will be spacing out appointments to allow for frequent cleaning of surfaces and equipment between uses.

 

• No beard trims will be allowed during this time until further review.

 

• Reusable equipment will be sanitized between every client or use.

 

• Disposable equipment will be used where possible.

 

• Paper towels will be provided for hand drying.

 

• We will keep a temporary record of all clients and visitors for 21 days, in case there is a Coronavirus outbreak.

 

• Customers are to arrive for their appointment exactly on time rather than congregating in the waiting area.

 

• Salon will be kept ventilated

 

• There will be no magazines in the salon to reduce touched surfaces and the risk of spreading the virus.

 

• We are only permitted to serve water in disposable cups - No tea or coffee will be served.

 

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to rearrange.
